Something I started doing when I onboard new folks to Farcaster that helps a lot (aside from a welcome cast) is turning on notifications for them when they cast so that I can engage and help them get more distribution on first several casts. Otherwise posting into a void immediately can be a little challenging

I know I know I'm a broken record but making sure that ALL their posts show up in the following feed also helps here they will likely spend their first day replying to people replying to their first cast we should be increasing the odds that all those posts get seen by their new followers, not just their top level casts

This is a great call, Linda When I onboarded Danni (my wife), we did exactly this, turning on notifications and making sure to reply to her first casts so she didn't feel like she was yelling into the void. The early engagement really helps new folks stick around Would love to hear if others have onboarding tips that worked!

Honestly I have no clue how the algo works because outside of my friend circle and following, I never saw engagement from anyone else to my casts. so maybe doing that is a good way to encourage people for sure
