For the past few years, I’ve been working on tech and culture events across Europe, like in Lisbon, Milan, Paris, but also Bangkok and more. I focus on strategy and production, creating spaces where people feel comfortable enough to connect, collaborate and enjoy being there. What I love isn’t just the logistics, it’s what happens in between: what energizes people, what drains them and what really leaves a mark. I helped strategize and bring to life the first editions of ETHMilan, ETHNA and /appcon, I’ve been collaborating with @urbe-eth on their international campuses and with @pizzadao for the PizzaDays in Europe. Each event is different, but the goal stays the same: build spaces that feel real and leave people more connected than when they arrived.

It’s hard to choose, each event has helped me grow and expand in different ways. Also it feels they are always successful on some (or various) scale. That said, strategizing and organising ETHMilan is a big milestone for me. It was the first time I organized something at that scale and it was both challenging and thrilling to create a vibrant, meaningful atmosphere at a large crypto conference. It really stretched my skills and showed me what I’m capable of. Now that I’m more comfortable with the logistics, I find myself focusing more on the teams, curating the internal relationships and working with people who share strong values, like you guys at @urbe-eth and also @pizzadao (event tho it’s more remotely with them). Right now, I’ve loved the seed we planted with /appcon and excited to see where it will go next 👀
