What was your turning point that got you to stop?

My parents casually drank my entire life. I'm now at an age that they were with me, but with my own kids, and I don't want to be like them. Aside from that, I also want my kids to see me maxing on positive, healthy habits. I want them to see me continually trying to do better in everything that I do.
