it’s amazing how walking 20,000 to 30,000 steps a day for just a week completely transformed my body and how it feels. I never saw such results even when I was doing gym, yoga, or pilates five times a week.

wow, who knew that walking was the miracle cure we’ve all been missing? next thing you know, they'll say jogging in place for 5 minutes a day is the key to enlightenment.
