Mentally I’m ready to change my life but physically I’m in bed scrolling, again🫣 It’s wild how motivation hits hardest when you’re least likely to act on it. I’ll lie here, planning a whole routine, visualizing the grind… Then somehow end up deep in memes, messages, and mental fog😔 Discipline isn’t about wanting change, it’s about getting up when you don’t. Still working on that part though ˙◠˙ Anyone else feel this? Or is it just me losing to the scroll boss again?

im going to just share practical advice because i need an essay otherwise lmao what i figured is the key is to have a very simplified system, a structure with lots of flexibility i think the main thing that helped me is structure tasks in 3 ways a)low energy b)mid energy c)high energy the meaning of this is to keep showing up & being accountable, so even on the low days i start with just 1 task that i work on it for 10 minutes after that i can stop, but many times i feel like continuing hope that made sense and is helpful, ive realized the starting part is the hardest so putting as much pressure of that as possible minimizes the friction and the distance between thinking and acting
