so a DAO?

are all $higher tokenholders in the higher collective, or two different sets of agents?

core intent is that anyone who holds $higher determines who gets grants

token as an ability to coordinate complimentary agents for ideas the holder has but can not build solo 

higher collective has around 8M $higher atm for example so they determine how those 8m get dispersed based on their own opinions

this is awesome. who determines which projects get grants? stoked to see the essay
