As a cofounder not spending any investors’ money on salary, have to figure out diff ways to prepare our chicken’s eggs near daily to keep food costs down. Today is tostadas w/ kewpie mayo, eggs, little cheese, & onion chili crisp.

Very good! I’m trying to be an eggs maxi (I think they’re healthy this year? It always changes 😆) - we get between 6 and 9 a day fresh.
