Didn’t have cottage cheese so I used Greek yogurt for these GF chocolate chip cookies - they were delicious! Baking is fun! I’m excited to get into it more.

I actually didn’t have any so I used peanut butter… You can find cookie butter at Trader Joe’s or most grocery stores. It looks like peanut butter and it’s delicious. I don’t know which brand she’s using in the video.
