things i've began to normalize.
- forgetting my phone at home
- do much more of nothing, or less

adding;
- walk very slowly as if I have nowhere to be

the key is to genuinely forget it, repeatedly. nothing you can do if you forget. no one to blame.

Leaving the phone at home would be refreshing 

I'm not ready for that yet tho 😂
