for my study I use it as a proof read also when I have a question to ask that's too long for Google search

Yes, for long questions i always use AI, but I ask it to be more critical about it, as sometimes it's too optimistic to the point that it sounds very believable when it actually isn't!

true! a couple of days ago, when i tried to prove it was wrong, it took me about three messages it kept denying it 😅
