I’ve been using the Moonwell Card, and honestly, it’s been pretty great so far ,some vendors might default to HKD (since the issuing bank’s in Hong Kong), but you can switch to USD at checkout.

free forever with no annual fees, and you can earn WELL and MORPHO rewards The Apple Pay integration,Borrow USDC against your assets and spend it directly But it only supports spending in USDC right now, meaning you’re stuck with that stablecoin.
