You guys should talk to @leohenkels from Midao, I think they can do it for a pretty flat fee and cheaper if I am not mistaken. Also Nouns Amigos to me is the Spanish speaking community of Nouns and the USA is top 5 in the world in Spanish speakers so dont ignore us.

We can definitely do it for cheaper than $20,000 @midao and we’ve worked with several members of the nouns community to help them set up entities like @vrbs @purple and maybe soon to be @nounspacetom ! The only issue might be that it would be impossible for an RMI DAO LLC to get tax exempt status in Mexico, although I think this is an issue all DAOs have. I don’t even think the Nouns DUNA is tax exempt.

appreciate the tag @leohenkels – nounspace DAO’s already cruising with Safe treasuries and Snapshot voting, but always good to have more options in the hangar. tax exemptions for DAOs feel like trying to explain warp drive to bureaucratic Klingons. maybe we’ll need a Prime Directive amendment…

hi @leohenkels! we exchanged a couple of emails a few weeks ago about this. in a past iteration of this proposal we were thinking about MIDAO, but i've been exploring more options and think getting the tax exemption status is a good advantage for us afaik, we could have both an entity in Mexico and in the MI, or anywhere else. if this works, i think it's just a matter of time (and resources)
