Fresh Pasta Ribbons in a Garlicky Creamy Parmesan Sauce A lot of times if I'm cooking for one on a weekend night I turn to an indulgent meat free pasta dish that might resemble something like this. Here I've used my beloved lasagna sheets- sliced into thirds in thick ribbons - it's all very Westernised Alfredo but I finish it with a lot of fresh pepper, chive and parmesan. It's like eating a sexy savoury cloud or something....and it's so saucy that even when it cools it keeps its incredible composure.
