It's been 10 years since the launch of Ethereum. I am tired of hearing that consumer facing apps/tools are not a priority. Infra this, dev tools that. And then you wonder why nobody uses this shit ...

actually -> 10 years since the start of building. launch came in 2015.

Totally agree. Scaling should help shift priorities. It’s possible to now compete. Early experiments failed on launch because of transaction costs to participate. Remember peepeth?

Blame the fat protocol thesis! But in all seriousness, I'm glad infrastructure has been a priority. The early dapps bogged down the network and needed a generation or two of iteration before they could really make Ethereum useful. Nearly free L2s should bring many, many more teams w/ideas
