Reno NV, 250k population, multiple big-5 datacenters in town i used to get $50 gigabit fiber in city center but now im like 3mi from downtown and my choices are Spectrum and Carrierpidgeon

Was paying $115/mo for 1.5/.5 for years while my WISP was the only game in town. And I'm not far from the carrier hotels midway down I-80 from you. Fortunately Starlink, Frontier and LTE home internet has pushed them to upgrade. So now I'm getting 25/10 for $70/mo.
