God forbid someone believes in themselves or is confident in their abilities it’s “arrogant.” But then in the same breath, it’s “you probably have imposter syndrome, learn to believe in yourself.” So which is it? shrink or show up fully? Confidence isn’t arrogance when it’s earned. Humility isn’t pretending you’re less than. And imposter syndrome shouldn’t be the price of being likable.
