In 1963, an exhibition of modern art was held in the Swedish city of Gothenburg. The public was particularly delighted by the paintings of avant-garde painter Pierre Brasseau. Critics published rave reviews, noting the painter's "powerful strokes" and his "delicacy of a ballet dancer". What was everyone's surprise when it turned out that Pierre Brasseau did not exist, and the real author of the paintings is a chimpanzee Peter from the zoo in the town of Buros, who was trained to use paints and a brush.... Art defies logic
