2) dumping on institutions

1) is gone because retail wised up ($fartcoin > L1 vaporware coins)
2) is gone because instos focused on $btc / stopped LPing

M&A offers a 3rd path -- initially to stablecoin middleware (bullish companies like @splits), but more soon™️

coalescing around the broader vc-backed trend

stay private longer or get gobbled up by a tech company

probably not actually good in the long term

you probably don’t think about liquidity enough // it is what it is  // build value, not valuation

Nothing will change until there is a clear pipeline to IPO or ICO markets become better structured and safe for Main Street buyers 

And that all depends on crypto enabling companies that provide value and make money
