Blueprint spiraled me into reading more papers and thinking about what supplements to add/subtract - I'm currently at: - Vegan DHA (fish allergy) ~400mg - Flaxseed Oil ~1200mg - Vitamin D3 - 4000iu - Glycine - 3g AM and 3g PM - Creatine (as creapure s/o @keccers.eth ) - 5g AM and 5g PM Biggest life change was sleep on glycine. Absolutely incredible delta.
