NFTs do not have PMF. Coins do. Embrace the market.

They're different. I'd say that coins are definitely better for gambling while NFTs are better for collecting. The problem is that last cycle NFTs were actually used for gambling masquerading as collecting (most people don't actually care about the art). I think both are cool and use cases will continue to develop.

Hunting for a metric that shows PMF or a major NFT marketplace founder that still thinks NFTs have PMF.

NFTs and coins are primitives so it’s hard to say that they have “PMF”. I think coins are a good primitive for the gambling use case and NFTs are a good primitive for the collecting use case. The gambling market is much larger than the collecting market for now.

Respectfully to all NFT stans, I think their inability to show any metric that demonstrates some semblance of PMF says a lot. See also: https://warpcast.com/kyle/0xbd044aba

I’m not an NFT stan but like I said, they’re both primitives and have pros and cons. I think it makes sense for some tokens to be fungible and others to be non-fungible.
