struggling to get behind the idea that posts should be tokens and can also be collectibles 

they aren’t speculative. They aren’t gamba. So what are they? I can’t figure out thesis 

Other than “try shit and see how it goes” which I’m all for and glad people are doing. 

I guess the hope is that it switches to being more speculative ? That this becomes a way for people to make money?

I agree, personally quite jaded from seeing a million and one tokens per day already, all posts being tokens for any reason other than fun and having glorified screenshots is probably not going to last long as a meta or become a full blown narrative.
