It’s CHEST and ABs day for me and I will be doing the following: Pull ups for warmups(Do pull ups everyday) Flat Dumbell Press(3 Sets) Incline Dumbell press (3 sets) Cable chest Fly (3 sets) Dips(2 sets) I always end my chest days with 200-300 push ups. Only 2 workouts I do for my Abs is Heavy Cable Crunches( 2 sets to failure) Leg Raises WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEST EXERCISE?
