How we feeling about our respective team’s drafts so far? Personally (Jets), like the first two picks, but not stoked we went CB in the third when we have such a glaring hole at WR after Garrett.

Not great at all. No surprise with picking Cam Ward first, but then the Titans trade back and use it to reaaaaaach for two projects that won't contribute this year if ever.

And they still couldn't get the offense on track with Todd (but let's be honest, he was a figurehead while Aaron ran his offense).  And take a look at where Todd is now 👀

Very interesting. Feels a bit Parcell-ian. Jets took on Todd Downing and he was actually a bit of relief from Nate Hackett (super low bar).

Vrabel is a great culture guy, not a good Xs and Os coach and a little big on ego, imo (hence why he was pushed out of TN, clashing with any executive that didn't wanna bend the knee).

He'll get more out of the low-end players and get 8 or 9 wins, but I don't think he's great at maximizing the high end, especially in his coaching staff (wayyy too loyal to guys, hires mostly in-house yes men, doesn't move on when something clearly isn't working like Craig aukerman or Todd downing).

I was bummed we let him go because I love the energy, but wasn't surprised. He's to averse to change and adjustment. "Play better, coach better" without accountability is all you'll get outta him for 18 weeks.
