Use unsweetened Greek yogurt or skyr. I also add chia seeds and cinnamon to it. Plus blueberries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, a few almonds, overnight soaked buckwheat and steel cut oats, and cacao nibs.

wow thanks, kristin❤️ just took a screenshot i prefer unsweetened also, but it wasn’t available at the store that day. wait, so i can add the Greek yoghurt in the mix if i wanna make overnight oats? or do i wait till the morning before adding the yogurt
