Recently I’ve watched the video with philosophical vibe. Main context into theme is «No pain – No gain». Do you agree with that or we could find right ways to reach goals without pain?

If the goal has anything to do with behavioral or physiological change, our bodies require pain (stress) to affect that change, even if motivated by positive incentives.

I would expect the work/reward, risk/reward, or pain/gain ratio to fit a ~normal distribution. For most people, both are highly correlated. For a few lucky ones, being in the right place & and time gives them a bonus multiplier. For the opposite tail, no amount of risk of effort will meaningfully impact their condition
