Lakefront views - I got to visit Toronto for a healthcare convention and made some time to come check out the Scarborough bluffs. The weather was quite nippy and windy but I can say the view and the fresh air I got for the morning walk was simply amazing! I appreciate nature, its beauty and its ability to ground us by just being present.

It was cold here, we don’t use Fahrenheit here but was around 15 Celsius here. It did warm up in the afternoon though!
