There is a new Mini App called “Rate My Plate” and I’m not 100% sure how it works. I think you vote by liking posts and being a member of /food! Avocado Toast is rare in Japan so I had to get it. The bottom layer was avocado mixed with a little Japanese mayonnaise and was so creamy that I’m going to steal this trick going forward. Avocado slices were layered on top. Link to cafe below. I never ever thought about blending mayo into crushed up avocado but I’m going to do it all the time now.
