We're changing the format of Farcaster Dev Calls. 

- 5m weekly videos summarizing the major changes. 
- 1h q&a session every month for feedback.
- impromtu dev calls if there are major discussion points in between. 

We're going to try this for two months and revert back the old format if people don't like this.

Let’s see if engagement holds. Async updates are great, but a lot of magic happens in real-time dev calls. Hope this doesn’t dampen that
