Traveling with a 2 year old later this month to a place that has an 8 hour time difference. Any tips on getting them adjusted? Or am I totally screwed? 😂

It will be hard, but they’ll do better than you expect (since we always expect the worst lol). In my experience trying to keep them up late in an effort to sleep through the night never worked, but planning a long mid day nap worked well for us. Also -8 hr seems to be easier than +8 hr.
