Some Tibetan traditions talk about Anger, when fully felt and wisely manifested, as discriminating awareness. It's not easy, though, it takes real courage to use the energy of mindfulness to recognise your anger, embrace it tenderly, and transform it. Thich Nhat Hanh (Vietnamese Zen/Plum Village Tradition) says it better than me: https://plumvillage.app/thich-nhat-hanh-on-the-roots-of-anger/
