My knee jerk reaction to content coins was: - hyperfinancialization bad - its turning social media into pumpfun while theres truth to that, the benefits outweigh the costs... 🤌 CURATION 🤌 in the age of AI slop & yap incentives, noise is the no.1 problem on social media Zora solves it by turning curators into investors. Instead of expecting free labor sorting through all the slop - they turn it into a game of searching for gold Not to mention all the downstream effects of fans able to invest in favorite creators & creators able to quantify contributions to their success..... 👀

To your main point I wonder if curation of slop by associates bots will foil this. If the platform & protocol fees are low & the awareness upside is great enough won’t there be ‘fake’ volume on that curation? gc iirc there was a popular music label accused of doing unsavory things like this

there will, but does it matter? if its fake, it will never really take off & the bots will just lose money to creators if people decide to buy something just because its blowing up & not because they like it, they were meant to be exit liquidity 🤷‍♂️
