status: I added code to handle conversations and now trying to figure out how to test locally but OOPS just realized that while I can simulate a webhook locally I should probably not be creating actual new casts when debugging

It's not that I dont want to test in prod, but testing locally dramatically shortens the feedback loop.   
Check back in 120 minutes and we'll see what I can push to prod by then
