best part about working for @dwr.eth is he generally leaves me alone and lets me do my thing unless i need him to unblock me. daily team standups + weekly company meetings keep me aligned on top priorities. personal preference for no regular 1:1s. high trust management made founder -> employee transition easy for me

That’s awesome to here. Super happy to hear that. Entrepreneurs don’t often do well in the same cage. From out here he seems like a fantastic boss & excellent leader. Regularly scheduled 1 on 1s are THE WORST. Which company do we blame for starting that trend?😆
