A friend invited me recently to an exhibition opening. Would have never thought to go there otherwise, I'm not really into contemporary art.

But these textural pieces spoke so much to me! Even though there were a lot of people there just looking at them brought me comfort. 

And it's the first time I really thought I'd love to own a piece of art from an exhibition 🥹

The second image spoke to me in a way similar to this piece. We have on display here in Dayton.

I go to the museum just to see this piece from time to time. It spoke to me when I was a teen and I’ve never forgotten it.
