One of my favorite recipes for Christmas Eve: cranberry orange loaf cake by Joy the Baker 🎄 I bake this recipe every year. I’ve made it as a loaf and I’ve also baked it in a round cake tin and a Bundt pan - the texture is wonderful! Pictured on the left, the version I made last Christmas to celebrate my sister’s engagement. Bundt cakes just have that Christmas vibe, don't they? 🎄 I think I baked a similar orange & cranberries cake for a Christmas party two years ago! Great minds think alike 😊

Agreed! I love using the Bundt pan for special occasions :) Looks so delicious!! The icing and cranberries are so festive :)
