is multiculturalism good/bad for a society?

make your case below. be honest.

For multi-cultures to work, those cultures need to be similar. People who grow up in similar conditions, they will live together without any big problems. But when it's start mixing of very different people it's impossible to live, the differences are too big. And in result we have big seperation between groups. 

There's only way - a lot of similar cultures in one country and small groups of absolutely different cultures, then it's working and no one has a problem.
