Today my therapist told me there’s a generation of women who are afraid of having boundaries for fear of “gaslighting”.

But gaslighting is usually super deliberate and evil.

Like hiding someone’s things, cutting off the bottom of their pants, etc to convince the other person they’re crazy.

So have boundaries, don’t be afraid of gaslighting.
