Rich in vitamins and minerals: Eggs are a good source of various vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D, vitamin B12, and iron. 3. Brain health: Eggs contain choline, which is converted into acetylcholine in the brain. 4. Eye health: The antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin in eggs can help protect eye health and reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration. 5. Affordable and versatile: Eggs are a relatively cheap and versatile food that can be prepared in many ways, making them a great addition to a healthy diet. I prefer mine boiled. What about you?
