A small habit/ritual that i developed from living/working with @oconnell that has changed my life drastically is taking 5-10 minutes writing in a notebook like this at the beginning or end of my day It can be about anything, i can feel super sad/angry/mad/anxious, etc, doesn’t really matter as long as i do it Its: 1.) helped me better understand how i feel about something and write it out 2.) helped me find my own opinion on certain things, in a world where we constantly are surrounded/influenced by whats around us I thought it was dumb at first until i started doing it - now i do it all the time, you should too!

You are correct! It makes life disciplined and reflective. I have been writing my todo's every night for the next day, and it helps me to stay close to my goals and pushes persistent learning.
