Any other solo founders here? What are some challenges you had to face relative to multiple founder cos?

What others said, and - You have to find tools to expand your working memory (whether it's a relentless "put everything in JIRA" mindset or simple todo list) - Investors are inherently way more skeptical of you, especially if it's a moonshot - You have to suddenly get good at a lot of things beyond what you're building

Oh yeah, personal productivity tooling becomes critical. I think the bit about getting good at new things is a fun challenge and becomes high leverage in life in general. Whatβs your experience been like on getting good at lots of things?

In a previous company, I had co-founders that carried with their particular strengths in operations and business development, allowing me to focus strictly on technology needs. Going solo, and in no small part due to my time there, I've had to rapidly get good at those things.
