I'm thinking we should start framing poidh as "incentivization markets" instead of "bounties"

it's a great way to view what we do, especially considering the success of Polymarket

having markets to predict whether future events will happen just makes sense

following that logic, we should also have markets pricing how much people WANT a specific future event to happen
