This year I built
a collection of portraits and projects, bringing them onchain to amplify important stories, raise awareness, and inspire tangible change.
As I reflect on the lessons and outcomes of this tumultuous and unpredictable year, I asked myself:
Within the circles I touched—through connections and creative collaborations—did I give more than I took? Did my work leave a meaningful impact, or did I become just another person with a camera, producing images by the numbers?
For me, the only acceptable answer is this: I gave my best. I showed up fully, for others and for myself. I placed people first and, wherever I could, created opportunities for others to share their stories, to be seen, and to be celebrated through the portraits we created together.
Looking back at my body of work from this year, I am filled with gratitude and love—not only for what was created but for the intention and meaning it embodies.
