What is the policy everyone is so mad about and why don’t they discuss that instead of her, she’s not even in power anymore

Okay sure but what is the name of that act or policy that bans all tech companies from making acquisitions today, under an entirely different FTC chair? Trying to understand why she is worth talking about today instead of the current FTC chair Andrew Ferguson. If there is an actual policy that he now has to uphold isn’t that the focus, not the past?

Like I am assuming this is coming up because of the Windsurf deal — Lina Khan has nothing to do with that unless she actually made a policy? What is that actual policy????

The current federal government policy -- FTC + DOJ -- that was put firmly in place during her tenure is still active. Current admin could change of course, but the status quo / how we got here is a result of her policies.
