hmm - interesting article. i think that you can get away with eating ultra processed foods to a point before it starts to harm you. for me tho, i try to avoid most of it, but don't panic if i end up eating some every now and then. it's also relative to what makes you feel good and what does not.. but hardly ever had i felt good after eating mcdonalds etc :D

I think we intuitively understand, most of us, what junk food is. But when it comes to policy it is harder. Whey protein powder is ultra processed for example
