hmm - interesting article. i think that you can get away with eating ultra processed foods to a point before it starts to harm you. for me tho, i try to avoid most of it, but don't panic if i end up eating some every now and then. it's also relative to what makes you feel good and what does not.. but hardly ever had i felt good after eating mcdonalds etc :D

Please why do they always capiltalize on things like these😭 The calories are their problems? Do they know some people don’t just sit all day and people actually burn calories? I used to have this mindset where i deprived myself of things i wanted but i later on decided it was all about discipline In the sense that i track what i burn and what i take in, regardless of whether they are fresh products of processed foods Does that not make sense?

Upfs is really just a made up term. Initial nova classifications didn't even have the word "ultra" and lumped all processed foods together which basically means that they don't recommend like 99% of all foods or something lol
