I’m gonna be honest I tried this while I was in Brazil and forgot my hair tools. The problem is that the underwear has to be thick enough that you can do at least a half inch curl, but underwear really isn’t that thick. So I felt I was twisting the hair rather than curling it. Small difference. I ended up doing French braids instead and that gave me a more sufficient look.
