I wrote a reflection about my first month on Farcaster. Honest feedback is welcome. Don't worry about my feelings. I'm more interested in your POV, especially if you have a strong reaction. :) https://paragraph.com/@patriciaxlee/most-people-dont-know-how-to-be-interesting

đź‘‹ Patricia.. was good to read a view from someone else thats also new around here. Being honest I joined social media only because of crypto .. otherwise never really had the urge to share my personal stuff online.. I have had my X account since about 2017 and never really did much with it other than consuming from the creators I really admired. My view after a few weeks in FC was that it was really hard to actually find a home.. I am still struggling with finding new people, I use miniapps like /yoink /farville to find new and interesting profiles that I may never find normally scrolling my feed. Also if I am honest, i am not a creator but i am a consumer. I feel like some people are naturally creators while others are consumers and generally speaking there is more consumers than creators. Imagine everyone wants to create and no one wants to consume .. just not gonna work. So I feel like there is still something missing that makes being a consumer rewarded and easy here! Thoughts?

Thank you for the thoughtful response. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with consuming and enjoying it all more quietly. This seems to be in Farcaster’s features too, like Tip Tuesday where people can reward others who engage with their content (likes/comments).
