Joe should have walked up to them to communicate his feelings instead. I feel that would have been better.

Joe doesn't understand how important these reviews are especially for small places like that. 

I just went there. The coffee isn't great, but it's a cute little dog-themed coffee shop near a park (good location!). Even has a stand with individual dog treats. It's the only one in this area and should be making good money
