No experience just hard core science 😅 the pic Apurv shared was made by one of their community members. He tagged me as we had a conversation about what are signs of culture

1. Fun and jokes require trust. Trust is a sign of a good culture. If you do fun/jokes & disengagement is rising your culture wasn’t ready for it

2. People adopt the same language than their community. This change is unconscious. They also start talking slightly different before they consciously decided to leave.

3. Inside jokes/memes abstract longer stories and narratives
