I'm appealing for her as her "agent". The issue with getting her on fc is that I need to change parental settings for her to download the app. It's considered not safe for 13y. Same with zora app. If I change the setting to get her to download fc, they have to stay at +17

actually now that I think about it - maybe the app isn’t safe for a 13yo. While I haven’t come across “nasty” content, it might exist. This is an excellent client opportunity - building a feed that is kids friendly. I wonder how many parents would find that interesting.
